Well hello again. Right, I've shown you a card I've stitched and a card I've left blank with the pinholes as decoration only, now it's time to share a card that I've added faux stitching to with a fine liner pen.
I've used the Oval Sew Pretty Frame but the sentiment is from the Rectangle Sew Pretty Frame. I've also used one of the smaller Square Pinhole dies which I've cut into one of the smaller Jasmine Sunset layers, I've added a small paper bow, some punched hearts and punched flowers. As you can see from the picture, I've joined all the pinholes up with my fine liner on the main oval, I've done a faux running stitch around the oval and the same around the squares.
Don't forget to keep an eye out for more Craftinator shows throughout the month for lots more inspiration.

Sew Pretty Collection Coffee and Cream Beautiful Day
Hello again, a lovely frosty morning here, I'd like to share with you a very simple card I made using the Sew Pretty Frames. Instead of stitching, or even faux stitching, I actually left this one with the holes as decoration. This shows that you can even make a quick and easy card, they are so very versatile :)
I hope you can catch Jodie on Create and Craft over the coming days for more inspiration.

Sew Pretty Frame Collection, Oval and Rectangle.
Hello again and thanks for popping by to have a look at my latest make for Tonic Studios. For this card I've used the brand new Sew Pretty Home Sweet Home Oval Frame along with the Cherish The Moment Rectangle Frame. I've kept this card very clean and simple looking by just adding corners from the Just For You Essential Die Set (which gets a lot of use :) )
I layered my base card and added the corners. I've stitched the main Oval Frame but left the rectangle frame with the dots showing as a decorative touch. I've cut this frame in half and stuck it behind the main oval, building it up with 3d foam to add dimension. The card was simply finished with a double loop bow and some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Midnight Blue.

Jasmine Sunset And Ornate Ovals Layering Die Sets
Hello, I hope you are braving this awful weather we are experiencing at the moment, best place to be is at home, crafting :)
Today I wanted to share a card I made using dies from the long weekender on Create and Craft, I can see these dies having a lot of use due to the sheer size of them. They are perfect for cutting your base cards as well as adding layers with the smaller ones.
To Make a Side Stepper Card
Using the largest outside edge die in the set, I cut my folded A3 card leaving a join. I scored the right side of my card blank from the edge up to almost half way by settling the centre fold of my card into the 7 1/2" groove then scoring at 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 5", you already have a 7 1/2" score line, and 11" I then cut along the centre score lines from 1 1/2" straight through to 11" and starting with a mountain fold, crease each of the score lines so that your card folds and stands up.
I cut the largest again out of light blue and black, adding the detail into the light blue layer. This was trimmed to size to just cover the front of the card and not the folds. I added a small piece of card I punched using a flowery border punch just to tie the side steps in before decorating them with some silhouette Rococo Fairy dies.
I die cut the Ornate Oval frame dies in black and white, adding the detail to the black layer, then made a frame with the laurel leaf layer in blue and white to add on top. I die cut a sentiment to put in the centre of this and finished my card off with lots of Nuvo Crystal Drops, white for the main card layer and black for the frame.
I hope this explains well enough how I managed to achieve this, if not, by all means let me know in the comments and I will get back to you :)
Thanks for looking
